The IAAF World Championship, London 2017 that concluded yesterday, saw several unexpected results. Driven by Usain Bolt’s last competition appearance, I tracked the daily results, often staying awake late or waking up early to see some of the events live.
Men’s 100m final, 5th Aug 2017
65 countries, that got top-8 placings in any event, found themselves in the placing table. Sadly India does not figure in this list.
With not much coverage about the Indian participants in our local press, I searched out the results from the IAAF website. Hope we can do better next time.
